I haven't had any issues customizing my bike yet, I did all the work myself except for the rear wheel, but I was able to get a TUV certificate for it.
I am having trouble trying to sell/trade parts. It is much easier to buy and sell used parts or crashed bikes in America than it is here in Germany. Are there other EU countries where it is easierr (France/Belgium/NL?) I have a lot of extra parts that I need to try and sell, or ideally trade for a crashed R1 RN12. I found a guy on Ebay that I think was willing to deal, but my German using google translate has made it very difficult to effectively negotiate. I was trying to trade for
